7.      The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please note that no reminder will be sent.

8.      £150 deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday, this will be refunded to you once you have vacated the property and it has been checked for damages or breakages

9.      The person making the booking should arrange their own holiday cancellation insurance.  In the event of cancellation the balance of the rent is still payable but a refund will be made (less administration costs), should the property be re-let
