Heading west on the A30, go approximately 3 miles beyond Launceston then take the A395 towards Camelford. On reaching the A39 after approximately 10 miles, turn left towards Wadebridge.
After approximately 11/2 miles, turn right signposted Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle. Go over staggered crossroad on the B3314 signposted Delabole. Follow the B3314 through Delabole, Pendoggett and St Endellion.
Approximately 2 miles later turn right at signpost Polzeath. Stay on this road (Do not got to New Polzeath) eventually proceeding down hill into Polzeath passing the beach on your right. Go up the steep hill past the Oystercatcher Pub on your right. 200 metres further on White Rose is the bungalow on the left hand side immediately before the White Heron Hotel.
